Family Learning

As an academy, we place great emphasis on working closely with our parents and involving parents as much as possible in their child’s education and development and actively encourage parents to support their children’s learning at home.

We offer workshops and hold events in order to ensure parents understand the curriculum we deliver and the expectations of the year band their child is in. Along with this, we work with Stoke-on-Trent City Council to deliver a range of family learning workshops throughout the year to enable parents and pupils to work collaboratively on educational and fun activities.

The family learning workshops we have booked for this year are:

Fun with the Gruffalo – 28.11.2017

Get Ahead with Maths – 16.01.2018 & 23.01.2018

Cultural Crafts – 30.01.2018

Cultural Cook & Eat – 13.02.2018

Family French – 13.03.2018

Family First Aid – 26.06.2018
