The anti-bullying leaders at Eaton Park Academy are Miss Jennings and Miss Hickton, our school council and our Eaton Park Warriors.

Eaton Park Academy is against bullying. We believe that all pupils have the right to learn in a supportive, caring and safe environment without the fear of bullying or harassment.

Through our values, our school community embraces individuality and celebrates those qualities that make us all unique.

Bullying is not tolerated at our school, and we have a clear policy on how to prevent, identify and respond to bullying behaviour.

On this page, you can find our policy on anti-bullying, our parent information leaflet and our child information leaflet. There are also websites which offer other resources and materials related to

Anti-Bullying Week 2017

13th November to 17th November 2017

This year the focus is “All Different All Equal”. The aims are to:

  • empower children and young people to celebrate what makes them, and others, unique
  • help children and young people understand how important it is that every child feels valued and included in school, able to be themselves, without fear of bullying
  • encourage parents and carers to work with their school and talk to their children about bullying, difference and equality
  • enable teachers and other children’s workforce professionals to celebrate what makes us ‘all different, all equal’ and celebrate difference and equality. Encouraging them to take individual and collective action to prevent bullying, creating safe environments where children can be themselves.

We will be planning lots of learning activities in school to meet these aims in our school. We will also be holding an anti-bullying poster competition, 2M will be delivering an anti-bullying class assembly and the anti-bullying ambassadors from the Discovery Academy will be working us. Years 2 to 6 will also be having an anti-bullying workshop.

This page will be updated with more information during and after Anti-Bullying Week.

The work of our school council and Eaton Park Warriors are always on hand to talk to you if you are worried about bullying. They will always help you!

Bullying is not tolerated in any shape or form!
